The deluxe room is the only rented room located at the top of the building. It has beautiful wooden ceilings and wall-to-wall windows overlooking the main street and the Piloña river. It has a small sofa bed and TV on the wall facing the main bed. There is a private bathroom with a bathtub, hairdryer and free toiletries. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.

A private gated parking area is provided with the stay.
